This morning we found ourselves at Orr’s Orchard and Market. There is something romantic about orchards — all that open space with neat rows of trees and bushes under a beautiful sky. Farmland provides such pretty landscapes. Kuyper got out of the car and immediately went “oooo!”. It’s everything he could want — tractors, rocks, and fields for running. He took off for the closest field as soon as I gave him the go ahead. He pointed out tractors to me and “talked” about the fruit growing. He’s a fun kid. After wandering around for awhile, we went into the market to pick up some produce and walked out with a variety of vegetables, an elephant ear pastry, and a box full of bright pink petunias.
